Our story
Built in Doha, for
the Gulf.
Concord Management Consultancy was founded to close a gap its founders kept meeting in the Qatari market: organisations receiving strategy decks they could not execute, from advisers who were never there when execution began.
We built the practice around the opposite commitment. Every engagement starts with an honest diagnostic rather than a template, and ends only when the client team can run what we designed without us in the room. That is a slower way to consult. It is also the only way the work holds.
From our office in Al Mirqab Tower, West Bay, we work with organisations across Qatar and the wider GCC — public and private, established institutions and companies scaling into a new stage. The sectors differ. The discipline does not.
